Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind the cloud. We are responsible for delivering over 200 Microsoft web portals, Live and Online Services around the world including infrastructure, security and compliance, operations, globalization, and manageability. Our focus is on smart growth, high efficiency, and delivering a trusted experience to customers and partners worldwide. We are looking for a passionate, high-energy Process Lead to help build the network that powers the world’s largest online services.
Within CO+I, the strategic Supply Chain team is responsible for establishing a supply chain that can meet the ever-growing growth of the Microsoft Cloud and our customers. We support a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-billion, multi-year datacenter construction and operations of those assets. We are looking to fill the critical role of Process Lead for the Americas region.

This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates will need to relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to (50)% and up to (25)% travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional and project teams using a structed framework in support of different project workstreams, manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones.
- Lead, guide and support multiple workstream leads, subject matter experts and /or consultants through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies including identification of change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure, stakeholder identification and alignment, appropriate communication and feedback loops, success measures, training, organizational readiness, and long-term sustainability.
- Lead and drive day-to-day change management activities while providing the appropriate levels of support and coaching.
- Recommend appropriate new or revised change management tools and practices.
- Bring Procurement and Supply Chain experience and expertise to help shape the vision in alignment with the overall Global Procurement core teams.
- Baseline of current process and drive lean processes on a global and regional basis.
- Evaluate and engage with external partners to accelerate transformation.
- Drive change management through roll out, implementation, training and adoption.
- Update and Gatekeep Standard Operating Procedures.
- Design, update and maintain process workflows.
- Follow a structured governance process across the procurement processes and procedures.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 9+ years experience (including internships) in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
- OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 7+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
- OR equivalent experience
- 5+ years of expertise in procurement and supply chain management, with a track record in optimizing supply chain operations and driving cost efficiencies.
- 3+ years of experience in process development, implementation, and transformation, with proven ability to lead change management initiatives and enhance organizational performance.
