This role partners closely with Operations, Trading, Accounting, Risk, and Technology teams—including regular interaction with senior leadership—to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across post-trade processes.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, build, and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and reporting systems supporting Operations and business teams.</li> <li>Partner with C-level executives, traders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.</li> <li>Develop backend services and APIs supporting the full trade lifecycle, including trade capture, reconciliation, P&amp;L, settlements, and accounting feeds.</li> <li>Improve system performance, reliability, and observability through testing, monitoring, automation, and production support.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–5 years of professional software development experience.</li> <li>Strong experience with Python and backend web development frameworks.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage stakeholders, including direct collaboration with C-level executives, traders, and Operations, Accounting, Risk, and Technology teams.</li> <li>Experience translating business requirements into clear, maintainable technical solutions.</li> <li>Solid understanding of databases and data modeling (SQL preferred).</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience building internal tools, dashboa
