Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition (TA) Analytics and Operations, your primary responsibility is to take ownership of end-to-end TA processes, tools, technologies, vendors, and compliance to various policies. Collaborating with Global Business Services (GBS) teams, you'll navigate interactions across European, Asian, and North American territories, requiring flexibility outside normal working hours.

Job Description

1. Event planning , estimating budgets , raising POs/PRs , end to end execution of the events.
2. Events include Fun / festivals / CSR / sports / employee connects / team building activities.
3. Working with extended teams to execute the engagement events.
4. Ability to plan and lead all the activities independently.
5. Regular reporting / dashboards.
6. Impact analysis.

Qualifications

Graduates with HR background, focussed on employee engagement activities.
Experience - Min 4 to 6 years
