SUMMARY
Record and review all documents involved in the movement of material received or delivered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
- Records and reviews all documents involved in the movement of material received or delivered.
- Confirms accuracy of all documents and inventories within the purchasing and inventory control departments.
- Processes and files all necessary paperwork related to shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Works with other departments to ensure accuracy and traceability of all material received and delivered.
- Works with other departments to complete the material and procurement process.
- Performs data entry into financial and non-inventory management systems.
- Reviews and distributes necessary documents to ensure delivery.
- Performs inventory counts and helps facilitate variance reconciliation.
- Performs cycle counts, coordinates inventory adjustments, and various other material control functions.
- Monitors inventory replenishment processes and makes adjustments needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
Manage multiple projects without having direct supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Forklift certification required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Working knowledge of standard material control and data entry procedures and practices.
- Excellent written, communication, presentation and computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical, attention to details, self-motivation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting. Work may require travel, including overnight stays.
