About You

You’re passionate about creating equitable opportunities for young people, and you understand how meaningful attraction strategies can open doors. Creative and self-driven, you enjoy building relationships with universities, student groups, and early career communities to promote Kainos as an employer of choice.

You also enjoy partnering with the business - educating stakeholders on what early talent values and shaping a positive candidate experience from attraction through onboarding. You thrive in fast-paced environments, stay organized under pressure, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

This role will primarily support the recruitment and coordination of our Workday Graduate Program across the Americas. You’ll operate with autonomy, collaborate closely with a global team, and help drive Kainos’ continued growth.
