Key responsibilities:
- Perform user administration tasks, including crafting user accounts and ensuring their validity.
- Incident resolution (troubleshooting, physical checks of instruments, network issues, and licenses)
- Coordinate with vendors and interact with network teams to facilitate the installation of lab instruments
- Write and update SOPs
- Provide periodic reviews and maintenance support to instrument owners, including ensuring maintenance plans are followed and supporting firmware updates
Required Skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Lab IT end-user support within the Pharma or Biotech industries or equivalent work experience and applicable certifications
- Experience with Lab instruments and lab instrument PCs
- Strong communication skills
- Install and upgrade software
- Support first line of troubleshooting
