Adjunct Instructor (Full Summer 2026 - ED 506)

Description

The Warner School at the University of Rochester welcomes applicants for an Adjunct Instructor position. The appointment begins May 18, 2026 and ends August 7, 2026. This is a short-term position and will teach the 3-credit course “ED 506 - Concepts and Issues in Social Science Research” for the Full Summer 2026 academic session.

Course Description:
Introduces the beginning doctoral student in education and related disciplines to the issues and processes involved in social science research. Major alternative approaches to designing and conducting research are explored.

Qualifications

Applicants must have a record of excellence in both teaching and practice. Experience with online instruction and Blackboard is desired. Applicant must have a master’s degree in a related field and the ability to teach courses at the graduate level.
