As a Quality/Education Assistant, you will support our quality initiatives and assist in the development of educational programs designed to enhance the skills of our dedicated staff. Your role will not only involve ensuring compliance with quality standards but also helping to create a culture of continuous learning and improvement among our healthcare professionals.

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to quality performance metrics.
• Help coordinate and organize training sessions and educational workshops for staff members.
• Support the development of educational materials and resources to enhance learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote quality initiatives and safety practices.
• Serve as a resource for staff inquiries regarding quality standards and educational resources.

Requirements

What You Will Bring:

• Previous experience in quality assurance, education, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Associate’s degree in healthcare, education, or a related discipline is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with learning management systems is a bonus!
• Genuine enthusiasm for promoting quality care and education within the healthcare environment.
