We are seeking a Senior Management Solutions Consultant in our Dallas, Tx office.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Explore business opportunities with new clients and areas of interest; identify prospects in coordination with Client Service Managers for Asset Management opportunities.

• Develops understanding of the function of each area within an organization and their specific challenges

• Identifies problem areas and find solutions by considering alternatives, taking into account the benefits and costs of any recommendations.

• Writes detailed reports, participates in presentations, discusses concepts and deliverables with clients, and participates in quality-control checks when needed.

• Provides clients with value added input regarding potential solutions based on experiential knowledge and best practices.

• Mentors junior members of the team concerning project management and business analysis practices.

• Performs other such duties as the Director may from time to time deem necessary.

What will you contribute?

• B.S. degree in an engineering discipline, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Law, or Information Technology plus fifteen years related/relevant industry experience. Related Master's degree can substitute for one year of experience.

• Should have strong background in Asset Management, customer service and project management, with a solid background in analysis with respect to business and process improvement related projects.

• Solid skills desired in technical and financial analysis and evaluation

• Exceptional listening and communication skills, including ability to present concepts verbally

• Demonstrated ability to articulate customer requirements to engineering and integration staff

• Knowledge of tools required to create and present high-quality written, verbal and graphic deliverables

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Must be a strong team player and have strong customer interface and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, VISIO, and electronic mail programs are essential

• Characteristics for success include analytical, presentation and problem solving skills; the ability to foster and achieve internal support; the ability to work independently without supervision; and the ability to establish and maintain a strong working relationship with the client, prime contractor, subcontractors and facility users
