About the role
Have you ever wanted to be part of a team who is building industry changing technology? Amazon’s Project Kuiper is long-term initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband network connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include the ability to contribute to a global administrative support team, to think and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and manage time effectively. This position will also take on some Project Management responsibilities as both Directors deem necessary.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars
- Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements
- Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
- Act as a liaison for direct reports
- Drive key team activities (such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, morale events)
- Travel coordination and Expense reports
- Space Planning across team locations
- Back up support
- Have fun at work and help others do the same
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

This exciting role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests.
A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior leaders and engineers inside the company is important, as is a good sense of humor.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action with ambiguity and show grace under pressure.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Redmond, WA, USA
- An Associates degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Executive Assistant for multiple Executives (calendar management, meeting coordination, travel coordination, event planning, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Be a US citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
- Organizational Skills: The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments effectively
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills are vital for building positive relationships with various stakeholders, including executives, team members, clients, and external partners
- Collaboration: The ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other support staff and departments
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
