About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to help scale our marketing strategy. You will work closely with marketing to drive operational initiatives forward, streamline processes, optimize our backend data infrastructure, report on performance, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

We need someone operationally and analytically minded who will work with marketing to scale and optimize demand. If you’re constantly looking for ways to increase efficiency and are laser-focused on what’s generating pipeline, we’re looking for you!

This role is based in office in San Francisco or New York City with flexibility to work remote 2 days per week.

Your Impact

  • Optimize and maintain our marketing automation tech stack. Support all tooling throughout the lifecycle of our users and customers, including attribution, lead routing, lead scoring, program automation, database enrichment, and maintaining/optimizing our backend data infrastructure.
  • Oversee campaign processes. Collaborate effectively with the marketing team members to build and execute programs for maximum results, and enable testing of new channels for future scalability.
  • Lead the planning & budgeting process. Work with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Managers to set goals, define key results and keep track of our delivery timelines. Manage our marketing budget and track our spend across different initiatives. Understand and monitor the costs of marketing activities.
  • Own the reporting engine and analysis for our marketing goals. Work with marketing managers to evaluate results. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track and analyze marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the rest of the team.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the sales team on tooling, tooling enablement, SDR tracking and goaling, routing, and record ownership.

Your Strengths

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing operations experience, specifically with a product led sales model.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills - experience with reporting, specifically around marketing campaign performance, ROI, and forecasting. SQL knowledge a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of the marketing and data tool stack - particularly Salesforce, Hubspot or Marketo, Snowflake, and Census (or another Reverse ETL).
  • Experience with routing, enrichment, and outreach tools such as PowerRouter, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution.

Employee Pay Disclosure

The base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 -$190,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
