Management and Program Analyst (Correspondence)

To qualify for this position at the FG/GS-12 (FV-H) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of Specialized Experience equivalent to the FG/GS-11 (FV-G) level. Specialized Experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized Experience is: Experience communicating effectively with internal and external customers to ensure clarity and alignment. Experience assessing and analyzing current processes to identify inconsistencies, inefficiencies, and gaps, and recommending practical solution. Experience interpreting policies and guidance, preparing and delivering management briefings or presentations, and prioritizing work to meet objectives.
