About the role
Hanes Companies, a division of Leggett & Platt (NYSE: LEG), is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Winston Salem, NC. As the leading distributor of industrial fabrics in the United States, our products are integral to a variety of sectors, including industrial packaging, building products, automotive, filtration, furniture, and mattress manufacturing. As a CSR, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Work closely with the sales and plant management team
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficiency with computers and customer service software
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
