Based in Berlin, we have an innovative and driven team that is using cutting-edge technologies to redefine the used car market.</p><p>We are currently looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our AUTO1.com group and support our mission to optimize and improve our merchant's experience in their journey of searching and purchasing cars. As a PM in the B2B domain, you will be responsible for our AUTO1.com core platform, driving key product initiatives while using cutting-edge technologies to define new products, features, and services for our users, working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders in an agile environment.</p><p><strong>What you can expect</strong></p><ul><li>Work with on-site and remote cross-functional teams of Engineers, Designers, Data Analysts and Marketers to launch impactful improvements and new solutions in a B2B environment.</li><li>Take charge of the full product development lifecycle from ideation, feature prioritization, requirement gathering, design, and execution, to adoption and post-release reviews.</li><li>You will participate in setting up the roadmap, measuring performance, keeping your eyes on the users, anticipating bottlenecks, monitoring competitors, making trade-offs, and taking acceptable risks to maximize the benefit for our customers and business.</li><li>Ensure lean communication between multiple stakeholders, internal or external, so that various complex projects are completely aligned throughout the organization.</li><li>Documenting and communicating feature releases and being the go-to expert for anyone trying to understand more about them.</li></ul><p><strong>What you have covered</strong></p><ul><li>2+  years of product management experience.</li><li>An excellent executioner who can balance user needs with business priorities, and ensure delivery in a timely fashion</li><li>Ability to engage with your teams as well as Developers, Designers, and Company Leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship in order to build the roadmap of the teams alongside stakeholders.</li><li>You have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret results</li><li>A background in e-commerce or platform business is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer you</strong></p><ul><li>Your life-work balance and home office are part of our culture, you can work from home up to 5 days a week</li><li>Relocation support to Germany which includes visa assistance, apartment search, and help with costs</li><li>Are you already located in the EU and looking for a remote position?
