Now Hiring: Travel RN House Supervisor – Night Shift

Take your leadership experience to the next level with this 13-week Travel RN House Supervisor assignment. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse leader with prior charge experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to oversee patient care and staffing across a large skilled nursing environment.

Position Highlights

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – House Supervisor

• Specialty: Management / House Supervisor

• Job Type: Travel

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Shift: Primarily nights

• Schedule: 36 hours/week

  • 3 × 8-hour shifts

  • 1 × 12-hour shift

• Shift Times May Include:

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend

• Patient Population: Geriatric

• Daily Census: Approximately 180 residents

• Floating: Required

• EMR: EPIC – hard requirement

Minimum Requirements

• Active NY RN License

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience

• Previous Charge Nurse experience required

• EPIC experience required

• Current BLS certification

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience

• Strong clinical leadership and supervisory experience

• Ability to manage staffing and patient-care needs across multiple units

• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

• Must be comfortable floating across units

• Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility
