The Director of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) Administrator is responsible for assisting in development and implementation of the NIL strategy for Ohio State’s student-athletes with an emphasis on Olympic sports. This position will provide education, resources, and compliance oversight to ensure student-athletes maximize NIL opportunities while maintaining adherence to NCAA, conference, and institutional policies. The role requires collaboration with student-athletes, coaches, compliance staff, external stakeholders, and university partners to enhance a dynamic and innovative NIL program. This role will work closely with Buckeye Sports Group to generate, facilitate and activate third-party NIL opportunities for student athletes. Additionally, this role will collaborate heavily on our group licensing program and other department NIL initiatives.

Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
Desired Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in college athletics, compliance, marketing, or related fields. Strong knowledge of NCAA NIL regulations and collegiate athletic operations. Experience working with student-athletes, compliance, and external business partnerships. Experience in brand development, marketing, sponsorship, or contract negotiation. Experience with NIL platforms, digital marketing, and athlete branding
