What you'll do
As an SAP Business Process Associate Consultant, you will:
- Engage in an initial bootcamp training program to learn SAP technologies and methodologies
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, work effectively within a team, and be responsive to project and customer needs
- Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and deliver results within set deadlines
- Demonstrate self-initiative by driving results and accepting increasing levels of responsibility
- Possess robust problem-solving skills, learn swiftly and apply knowledge effectively
What you bring
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university
- Development experience in one or more programming/scripting languages such as Java, ABAP, C/C++, C#, Python, or PHP. Three or more university courses or project experience in C++ or JAVA is preferred
- Technical skills in SQL, database knowledge, database management, business intelligence, enterprise performance management, data mining, and systems administration
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in a corporate setup through internships or recent work experience is a bonus
- Have completed SAP coursework at an SAP University Alliance School
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- An analytical, results-driven and solution-oriented approach
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation and listening skills
- Must be open to travel and willing to relocate to Newtown Square, PA

The Premium Hub Center of Expertise is a part of SAP’s Customer Success’s Adoption Services Center. We are dedicated to offering meticulous, strategic services to SAP’s largest clients running the most complex SAP landscapes. Our role necessitates interaction with all levels within a client’s organization to meet their needs. Being a Premium Hub CoE team member can be demanding, requiring passionate individuals with strong technical expertise and excellent analytical and communication skills. This role involves planning, architecting, analyzing, optimizing, and safeguarding our clients' SAP solutions. As part of the Early Talent Program, you will receive a fast-paced, challenging learning experience that offers an ideal starting point for a CoE career. You will develop the critical skills needed to become a successful engineer, including customer and stakeholder management. Additionally, you will also gain a deep understanding of the cloud business model as well as SAP business processes across various functional areas.
