Summary

The Store Crew is responsible for engaging customers and executing beer and merchandise sales, while ensuring an exceptional fan experience. They handle customer inquiries and concerns, striving to meet service standards, while also staying informed about industry trends, maintaining the store’s appearance, and showcasing Stone’s beer offerings. Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing fan service to all stakeholders through every interaction.
• Plan and execute brewery tours, involving public speaking.
• Perform opening and closing duties according to company training guidelines.
• Stock merchandise and beer inventory to meet visual standards.
• Maintain the quality of store displays, merchandise, and cleanliness.
• Operate the POS system accurately for sales transactions.
• Manage deposits and reservations for beer purchases.
• Maintain quality display and provide excellent service at off-site events.
• Prioritize safety by wearing appropriate PPE and following protocols in store, behind the bar, and in the brewery.
• Emphasize safety throughout all tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training, preferably in a beverage or retail environment. Must have cash handling experience, preferably with a POS system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. POS system experience is strongly preferred.? Must possess effective public speaking skills.
• Must possess a current RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certificate. Certified Beer Server or higher preferred.
