Speciality Coffee - Sales Executive

<p>Attesa Coffee is a start-up specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution companyheadquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We work directly with producers at the origin tobring our customers (specialty coffee roasters) high-quality coffees safely, on-time andconsistently with the use of efficient digital frameworks. We believe in traceability through thechain and are highly committed to transparency towards all our stakeholders.</p> <p>We are looking for a performance- driven customer centric individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Sales Executive</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Work towards developing working relationships with clients – specialty roasters in Europe </li> <li>Assist towards sales of specialty green coffee to roasters / customers within the European market and maintain positive relationships with clients </li> <li>Contribute towards conducting analysis of market, identify client requirements &amp; establish further areas of growth </li> <li>Assist in active sales via emails and phone conversations </li> <li>Manage and update CRM database </li> <li>Travel and represent Attesa Coffee towards clients and in global coffee fairs / events</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>1-2 years experience in Specialty Coffee sales in Europe</li> <li>Ability / preference to work in a dynamic / entrepreneurial environment</li> <li>Willingness to learn and implement new business development techniques</li> <li>Team player/problem solver, resourceful in creating solutions for customers</li> <li>Fluent in both spoken and written English is required</li> <li>1 additional language out of French / Dutch / German is required</li> <li>Must be based in the EU and authorized to work in the EU</li> <li>Open to travel</li> </ul> <h2 id="benefits">Benefits</h2> <ul> <li><p>Work in an entrepreneurial and ownership driven environment </p> </li> <li><p>Opportunity to grow within a young and dynamic international team </p> </li> <li><p>Core knowledge and workings of the specialty coffee industry</p> </li> <li><p>Candidates based in Netherlands, the role is Fully Onsite</p> </li> <li><p>Candidates based out of Netherlands, the role is Fully Remote</p> </li> </ul>
