*** Role would be a hybrid setting of three days in our East Hanover, New Jersey office

The Senior Associate Brand Manager, Jewel Cookies is responsible for supporting the delivery of the end-to-end in year and strategic growth plans. Working with cross-functional teams, you will implement strategy that is aligned with the brand visions to drive sustainable growth. 

How you will contribute 

Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will lead recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct weekly and monthly brand performance analysis, competitive landscape, and category dynamics in order to deliver actionable insights, and steward full year delivery of topline and bottom-line targets. 

  • Help lead, analyze, and support the delivery of business plan and actively supporting in the Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) (i.e., risk, opportunities, etc.) 

  • Support brand portfolio management and lead commercialization for renovation/quality improvement, business critical projects, PPA, and sustainability - including financial/P&L analysis, post-launch tracking, etc. 

  • Own strategy for small brands, and steward resulting execution agenda.  Support brand portfolio with annual Commercial Planning materials coordination.

Qualifications 

  • 3-5+ years’ work experience 

  • MBA Preferred 

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,790; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
