Requirements and Nature of Work:

NATURE DU TRAVAIL – NATURE OF WORK

The Centre for Research on Health and Nursing (CRHN) is looking for a graduate student to organize, facilitate, and conduct a recurring Community of Practice (CoP) group for graduate students of the School of Rehabilitation. 

The purpose of the CoP is to support formal and informal learnings, discussions and debates about the graduate student experience, and to connect with other students and scholars to build knowledge and expertise, share resources and ideas, receive peer-support and build new relationships. 

The coordinator will be responsible for scheduling group sessions, managing communications, keeping records and statistics, coordinating guest presenters (as required), and preparing meeting content and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS MINIMALES – MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good organizational and time-management skills;

  • Graduate student at the School of Rehabilitation;

  • Preference given to members of the CoP group with a high attendance record for prior CoP group meetings;

  • Preference given to students with knowledge and experience in Community of Practice, research, theory, and processes;

  • Preference given to students with experience in organizing student groups within the CRHN.

High level of competence in both written and spoken English and French
