What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities

• Support residents with mobility, personal hygiene, meals, and emotional well-being

• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and residents to ensure a high quality of care

• Bring patience, presence, and purpose to each shift — no matter how short or long

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid STNA certification in the State of Ohio

• A steady, compassionate approach to caregiving

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Reliability and professionalism — especially for PRN flexibility

• A calm demeanor and an ability to adapt to residents’ individual needs
