Senior Clinical Operations Systems Analyst
The Senior Clinical Operations System Analyst is responsible for the implementation, validation, training and end user support of clinical trials on the Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS), Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and the Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF). The incumbent will develop and execute project plans, identify and provide training, plan for and implement systems upgrades, validations, enhancements, and programming to meet business needs. S/he will also be responsible, in conjunction with the Project Managers and IT, to ensure that appropriate security measures are in place and adhered to in accordance with all Veristat, FDA, and other Regulatory Agencies.

What we offer
- The estimated hiring range for this role is $ 76,500 - $ 110,000 plus applicable bonus. This hiring range is specific to the US and will vary for other regions based upon local market data. Final salary is ultimately decided upon taking into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to: skills and experience, licensure and certifications, education, specific location and dynamic market data.

What we look for
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 4-6 years related clinical systems work experience required, preferably in a CRO
- Prior experience with clinical systems including CTMS, eQMS and eTMF software (including system setup and maintenance) required
- Strong communication skills required
- Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Office)
- Experience working with remote or geographically dispersed end-users required
- Driving/Travel requirements – 0-10%, travel to other offices may be required
