About This Job:

As a Global Innovation Project Management Co-op, you will support the successful execution of multi-million-dollar innovation projects by assisting project managers with cross-functional coordination, timeline development, and status tracking. This role involves creating project presentations, managing follow-ups with global teams, and contributing to project governance and communication efforts—ideal for a self-motivated undergraduate with strong communication and organizational skills.

Main responsibilities:

Global Innovation Project Managers have responsibility to deliver multi-million-dollar innovation projects and achieve that outcome through effectively leading a cross-functional implementation team. The co-op in this role will be an important member of our PM team and will contribute directly to the project success through:

• Development of project approval presentations and participation in leadership governance reviews
• Supporting the Innovation PMs with project meeting follow-ups, interfacing daily with global cross functional subject matter experts
• Developing end to end project timelines in MS Project utilizing cross functional input
• Updating new product project status in our global innovation software  
• Publishing clear and timely meeting agendas, notes and follow-ups

​About you

Experience: No previous project management experience is necessary but previous co-op experience is a plus

Soft and technical skills:

• Communication skills are critical – the role will coordinate project activities with Scientists, Engineers, Marketing and Sales.
• Ability to multi-task and handle several projects at one time.
• Self-directed individual willing to utilize all resources, be curious and ask questions.
• Strong Excel skills, MS Power Point experience, previous experience using of Power BI and/or MS Project is a plus.

Education:

Pursuing undergrad in Finance, Business, or Sciences will be considered
