Location:  Columbus, OH

POSITION OVERVIEW 

We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Maintenance Coordinator to join the fast-growing Columbus team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and strong problem- solving skills, as well as a high level of customer service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Enter Service Agreements into BuildOps project tracking system
• Send renewal agreements to customers, as needed/requested by customer
• Update assets/pricing/visit schedule on Service Agreements, as needed
• Send Maintenance Reports to customer following maintenance visits
• Invoice Service Agreements
• Arrange for performance maintenance to be scheduled, by setting up time and date with the customer, and coordinate with others that are involved (lift delivery, water trailer and correct number of Technicians)
• Identify the technician that is best for the maintenance based on property assets
• Backup dispatcher
  • Answer telephones and relay calls and messages
  • Speak with the customer, account managers, or technicians and creates service calls as needed
  • Schedule and dispatch work crew to the appropriate location according to customer's request, specification or needs
