General Responsibilities
Directs field service personnel performing on-site services including but not limited to troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of electric system technology.
Executes recruiting, onboarding and training of Field Service staff
Oversees tasks associated with on-site repair of customer equipment and machinery.
Coordinates service contracts with Sales Department
Coordinates schedules, maintenance, inventory, and supplies for Field Services Department.
Supports service failures until the issue is resolved.
Follows up with customer feedback for quality assurance.
Reports to senior management on field service personnel, service, administrative and/or customer needs.
Reports to senior management on performance of service department
Develops and implements policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote the efficiency of service delivery.
Ability to utilize, implement and manage CRM System
Ensures that all customer service issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
Establishes field service employee performance objectives and subsequently evaluates employees.
Supports strategies to drive the overall growth and profit of the field services department.
Experience / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of experience in related field.
Comprehensive knowledge of electrical system technology.
Comprehensive knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices.
Experience leading and directing the work of other employees.
Educational background is flexible provided candidates have the equivalent of a Technical School/ Training with 6 or more years of relevant experience in a related field.
Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems (up to 600VAC & 2000VDC), electro-mechanical technology, control systems, and remote Monitoring .
Comprehensive knowledge of the Standard industry field's policies, procedures, and practices. Performs complex tasks.
Recommends policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization. Training & Experience with National Electrical Code (NFPA 70), Electrical Safety in the Workplace (NFPA 70E) and OSHA 10/30 are required.
Work Environment
This job is in an array of different environments and locations. Primarily in outdoor environments. Some work is inside an industrial facility. Working around low, medium and high AC and DC voltages. This role routinely uses standard personal protective equipment such as required Safety Glasses and Safety shoes as well as hearing protection and gloves, as required.

- Frequently observe, detect, discern, and convey information. Specific abilities required by this job include near, far and color vision acuity, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Requires good manual dexterity and coordination, and stamina. Specific abilities required by this job include the frequent requirement of overtime work.
