Job Description

As an E-commerce Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our digital operations, ensuring our online storefront sparkles with accurate and enticing product information. You’ll work with a variety of tools including Shopify, KNACK database, ClickUp, and Google Workspace to manage our extensive fireworks catalog. Your role will be crucial in maintaining data integrity, optimizing product listings, and supporting promotional activities. This position offers a unique blend of data management, e-commerce operations, and the exciting world of fireworks retail.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process product data from various suppliers, transforming technical specifications into customer-friendly information
  
• Extract and input data from diverse document formats into our KNACK database and Shopify platform
  
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data completeness and accuracy across all product listings
  
• Manage and optimize product images, videos, and technical specifications to enhance online presentation
  
• Implement and oversee sale events and promotional pricing strategies
  
• Assist with inventory management and periodic audits
  
• Utilize ClickUp for efficient task management and supplier communication
  
• Organize and maintain digital files within Google Drive
  
• Contribute to process improvements for data management and e-commerce operations
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in Google Sheets
  
• Experience in data extraction and manipulation from various file formats (PDFs, spreadsheets)
  
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify
  
• Sharp eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and collaboratively
  
• Excellent written communication skills for clear supplier correspondence
  
• Adaptability to learn new software tools and systems quickly
  
• Interest in e-commerce and willingness to learn about the fireworks industry
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons
