Job Description

We are looking for a motivated student interested in doing a Legal Internship at our Delta Electronics Company, working from our Hoofddorp office. Some of the main responsibilities:

• Support and advise sales personnel to follow up the contract signing procedure
• Modify NDA and other standard contracts according to corporate policy
• Manage contract archiving
• Process and post law firm invoices onto finance system
• Additional tasks and projects with the corporate counsel

Qualifications

• You are pursuing a Major in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law, Data Privacy Law 
• Are able to work full-time for a period of 6 months
• Are highly accurate with a hands-on and pragmatic mentality;
• You take initiative, you are analytical and proactive;
• You are fluent English speaker; Additional European languages are preferred
