 Accounts Receivable Field Support Reporting Specialist - REMOTE

The A/R Field Support Reporting Specialist provides data concerning accounts receivables outcomes. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Provide reporting when requested to help resolve outstanding AR issues and revenue adjustments.   
• Will modify and verify reports for management or end users using a variety of sources (Datamart, Phoenix, RCM Elements etc.).  
• Will zero in on specific reimbursement issues from a review of corporate reports and other quantitative data.
• Provide Patient/Client AR reporting to determine the reason patients/clients are receiving invoices.
• Provide Patients in Collections reporting.
• Will modify and update specimens for Labcorp Billing system.    

QUALIFICATONS:  

• High School diploma or equivalent required.  
• Minimum 5+ years prior medical/healthcare billing experience required.
• Previous reporting or analytical experience (preferably in medical billing, healthcare or RCM) strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skill’s proven ability to review data and research to determine trends or issues strongly preferred.
• Previous insurance/claims/EOB/cash posting/remittance and client collections work experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel .
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Candidate should be able to ascertain needs and deliver oral and written communication at an appropriate level of detail.
• Good organizational skills.
• Detail Oriented.
• Knowledge of LCBS system preferred.  

Remote work requirements:    

• Must have high level Internet speed (50 mbps) connectivity

Pay Range:  $16.35 - $20.00 per hour (State minimum wages apply if higher) 

Shift: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm MST
