Atlas Bobcat, part of the Atlas Companies, is currently hiring a full-time Parts Specialist. Any level of experience is welcome to apply!

As a leader in the compact equipment industry, Atlas Bobcat takes pride in providing exceptional quality service for heavy-duty, compact equipment in the Chicagoland area. 

Your New Role:

• Inventory control; Accurately receiving daily vendor parts orders. Pulling, organizing and correctly distributing new customer parts orders and service orders. Validating all received and pulled counts.
• Restocking and maintaining visual displays both in retail store area and in stock room.
• Performing inventory cycle counts. 
• Maintaining work area and stock room in a neat and orderly manner.
• Answering customer phone calls and assisting in-store customers when needed. Identify, source, and invoice needed parts and products.
• Performing other duties and tasks as directed by management.

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Experience working with a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience working with inventory control.
• Previous automotive or dealer product support.
• Customer service experience; in-person and over the phone. 
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• A willingness to learn and be trained.
• You must be dependable with the ability to manage time and attendance.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• This position requires but is not limited to standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 80 lbs., routinely 20-50 lbs.
