Job Title: Loan Processor & Customer Support Specialist
Location: Berman Subaru of Chicago
Pay: $41,600 annually
Schedule:
- Monday: 12:00PM-8:00PM
- Tuesday: 12:00PM-8:00PM
- Wednesday: 9:00AM-8:00PM
- Thursday: 9:00AM-3:00PM
- Saturday: 8:45AM-5:00PM
Must be able to work the exact schedule.
Job Summary: The Loan Processor & Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing the accurate processing, compliance, and funding of automotive loan applications. This includes reviewing and submitting all required documentation and ensuring deals meet lender and regulatory requirements. In addition to loan processing, the role involves supporting the dealership’s sales team by following up with leads, assisting with the vehicle trade-up program, and helping with vehicle deliveries when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and submit automotive loan applications, ensuring all documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted in a timely manner
- Review loan documentation to ensure compliance with lender requirements and regulatory standards
- Ensure timely funding of all submitted deals and maintain proper records
- Follow up with leads from the dealership’s CRM to schedule appointments with the appropriate sales associate, ensuring smooth transitions and follow-through.
- Promote and explain the vehicle trade-up program to eligible customers, providing information and facilitating the process
- Assist with vehicle deliveries as needed to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive loan processing, BDC, or a similar dealership customer service/sales role is required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
