Assistant Plant Accountant

What You’ll Do

• Dive into production cost reporting for materials and labor, helping ensure accuracy in budgets.
• Own your part in daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting for plant and department performance.
• Be hands-on in the annual physical inventory count and reconciliation process.
• Keep our financial and operational data clean, organized, and accurate through diligent data entry and administration.
• Partner with operations and finance teams to keep our cost tracking on point.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong attention to detail and curiosity to learn.
• Proficiency in Excel and a comfort level working with data.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to take on challenges in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Notes

• 1-Year Contract to start ASAP
• Location: Sussex, Wisconsin (On-site, 5 days/week)
• Compensation: $85,000 + 10% completion bonus
