As a Lead Lab Technician at MercyOne Genesis, you will:

• Coordinate daily operation and staff assignment within the Laboratory
• Assume interim responsibility in the event of the manager's absence
• Provide clinical and technical direction as well as providing input in performance reviews of technical Laboratory staff.
• Perform diagnostic testing in all Laboratory subspecialties
• Assist manager in a variety of tasks

Schedule: 

• 6:30am - 5:00pm
• Rotating weekends
• Rotating holidays

General Requirements: 

• Laboratory Technician, Valid Drivers License
• More than 3 years experience required

Education: 

• High school plus additional course work up to 1 year
