Software Engineer (Mobile Platform)

Description:

As the Software Engineer, Mobile Platform, you will be responsible for supporting and innovating on the products and services that support mobile integrations to our platforms. This will include mobile SDKs and a variety of supporting web services and partner integrations. You thrive in a team environment and are comfortable diving in on a variety of different technologies, projects, and programming languages.

Your enthusiasm to improve your customer’s experience is contagious and is at the core of everything you do. You are also naturally curious and constantly learning to keep your skills up to date in a constantly changing professional environment.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives

• Maintain and enhance public facing SDKs for Android and iOS devices
• Support product developments teams with new features for mobile, card readers, and terminals
• Support integrations with a variety of Android-based hardware devices
• Support and enhance mobile centric technologies including, but not limited to, web based card tokenization scripts, backend services, and terminal customizations
• Maintain and enhance developer documentation for SDK libraries and any other integrations

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of science in computer science or equivalent on-the-job experience
• 3+ years experience with Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) development
• 1+ years experience with frontend or backend Javascript/Typescript applications
• Proven track record of success working across multiple different technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) development
• 2+ years experience with frontend and backend Javascript/Typescript applications
• Experience with Android based payment terminals including Dejavoo/Verifone
• Experience working in FinTech
• Experience working on widely distributed SDKs.
