THE JOB:
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager with all aspects of daily operations across Beau Rivage’s multi-outlet restaurant venues.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations, from staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.

• Driving operational success by ensuring our team meets financial and guest service goals.

• Leading and coaching the team, helping to develop skills and foster a positive work environment.

• Maintaining the highest standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness, all while creating an exceptional dining experience.

• Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure a seamless flow of service.

• Implementing company initiatives and programs to elevate the guest experience.

• Handling guest feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Two (2) or more years of prior relevant experience.

• Ability to manage restaurant operations effectively and efficiently.

• Strong understanding of food & beverage management, along with excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, great communication skills, and make decisions quickly.

• Proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
