Video game Freelance Translator - Turkish

Currently, Testronic Localization Team is looking for an English into Turkish Language Expert who will:

• Translate video games both full-titles (sometimes together in cooperation with other Linguists) and following game updates.
• Occasionally translate marketing texts and materials related to video games.
• Proofread and edit other translators’ work to ensure the text is of the best quality.

Requirements

• A Native speaker of Turkish.
• Fluent knowledge of English.
  
• Language enthusiast attitude, passion about linguistic and cultural nuances.
• Translation experience of more than 1 year (at least some of translation experience in the video game industry is necessary).
• Translation/Localization education background will be an asset.
  
• Agreeableness to work on projects with translation grid applied (we provide fair % to cover the efforts).
• Readiness to provide MTPE (Machine Translation Post Editing) service if the project requires it.
  
• Responsiveness to e-mails, respecting agreed deadliness, quality oriented approach.
• Freelance registration and ability to provide invoices.
