We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).

The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing Business Analyst support for state DHS IT and State Business owners projects. Working under the direction of the team manager, they will actively participate in the delivery of tasks/activities and associated deliverables.  In collaboration with other NTT DATA consultants, the selected candidate will work directly with state business staff, state technical staff and vendors to support the analysis, planning, design, UAT, implementation and evaluation of key system changes, projects, and processes to help the client achieve organizational goals. 

Job Responsibilities Include:
•    Review project artifacts/deliverables throughout the system development life cycle for quality, compliance, and completeness, document observations and findings using project team processes and standards
•    Interface with state business users, technical teams and vendors
•    Analyze technical, business and user needs, developing requirements documentation 
•    Identify and report project issues and risks
•    Research and provide recommendations to the client on business problems/decisions
•    Collaborate with team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance 
•    Ensure project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed 
•    Develop and present formal presentations to business leaders, vendors, and team members, making applicable recommendations
•    Participate and/or lead in the creation of presentations and other materials for end user training
•    Effectively communicate (verbal and written) with management, state clients and peers. 
•    Facilitate meetings and provide follow-up documentation/support.
•    Lead project and status meetings as needed.

Required Qualifications:
•    Minimum 8 years of experience supporting or developing IT systems 
•    Minimum 5 years of experience with verification of business and technical requirements
•    Minimum 3 years of experience with system development methodology and project management principles
•    Minimum 3 years of experience conducting reviews of system development life cycle documentation, project and technical architecture and design deliverables/artifacts
•    Undergraduate degree or 4 years additional relevant experience
•    Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross functional teams

 

Preferred Skills:

•    Experience working with multiple IT vendors
•    Ability to translate between non-technical business users requirements and technical IT requirements
•    Project Management experience

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $xx,xxx – 120,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
