We are committed to driving the future of transportation with cutting-edge technology and a customer-centric approach.<br/></p><p><strong>The role</strong><br/></p><p>Here at Zeekr we are hiring a Customer Advisor to create and deliver memorable customer experiences, whilst maximizing the sales of Zeekr EVs. Together with the team you create a customer-centric atmosphere at Zeekr. You make customers feel welcome and supported during the customer journey.</p><p><strong>This is what you will do most of the time:</strong></p><ul> <li>Be the expert on Zeekr products and services and provide a great customer experience.</li> <li>Whether it concerns the cars, electric driving in practice, charging at home and on the road, connectivity and financing, the customer can come to you for everything.</li> <li>Remain informed of the latest product information and ZEEKR's distinctive character compared to the competition and are able to communicate changes and updates to other colleagues and customers.</li> <li>Enthusiastically demonstrate our cars, provide product information and manage test drives.</li> <li>Support the customer during all steps in the purchasing process, both in the store and online.</li> <li>Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and maintaining regular and proactive contact.</li> <li>Participate in events at an external location, to meet new customers and present our products and brand.</li> </ul><ul> </ul><p><strong>To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience in a customer-facing sales role, and a proactive approach to sales.</li> <li>A customer-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer satisfaction principles. </li> <li>A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in a relationship-building customer service role. </li> <li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills to deal successfully with customers and colleagues. </li> <li>Collaborative with the ability to work well in a team with colleagues from different departments.</li> <li>Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, as well as fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. </li> <li>A valid driver's license is essential for conducting test drives and effectively assisting customers.</li> </ul><ul> </ul><p>To thrive at Zeekr we believe that you have the courage to lead with trust and care and you don’t mind getting your hands dirty.
