What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year(s) working in an office setting or job environment that measures productivity and output.
  • 1+ year(s) working in an office setting, call-center or customer service environment.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Word, SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to type at least 50 wpm and 10 key.
  • A positive attitude, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and the ability to put the interest of the team before individual interests.
  • Previous experience with office administration, handling multiple tasks/projects, and meeting deadlines on deliverables would be an asset.
  • Achieve SLA requirements with respect to quality and production.
  • Ability to identify, articulate, and solve basic problems.
  • Ability to determine when to escalate issues.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in an environment that changes daily based on incoming work.
  • Ability to maintain focus, flexibility, and organization. Strong attention to detail; Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to act proactively with sense of urgency, drive, energy and a sense of purpose for the role.
  • Complete tasks with minimal supervision – able to work without established procedures.

This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in-person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Maintain mailroom equipment by monitoring to ensure adequate supplies are on hand.
  • Assist to open and close the department.
  • Use machinery that assist in the processing of mailroom processes.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Scan documents.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • You will help ensure that the Operations team is meeting their productivity by seeing that all assigned duties are completed on a daily basis.

The Rep I representative will provide administrative and operational support to the TransUnion Mail team. This role is responsible for opening and sorting incoming mail, managing registered mail, scanning documents, delivering interoffice mail, operating postage equipment for outgoing mail, and managing production and inventory records.
