Job Summary:
Mercer Advisors is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and solutions-oriented Senior Manager to lead the planning and implementation of internal events. This role is instrumental in shaping high impact experiences that reinforce culture, amplify leadership priorities, and strengthen engagement across the company. In addition, the role serves as a hands-on working Sr. Manager actively involved in planning, logistics, and execution.
This position will collaborate broadly across the organization — including with executive leadership, wealth management teams, Marketing, and the People Team — to ensure events are cohesive, innovative, and aligned with enterprise goals. The ideal candidate is highly agile, organized, thrives in dynamic environments, and excels at managing complex programs with clarity, calm, and precision. The role will manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site execution while ensuring every event reflects our brand and culture.

Essential Job Functions for this role include:
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, Vice President of Content, and other executives, contributing to long-term planning, process innovation, and cross-functional alignment.
- Oversee venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, contract execution, and event logistics including catering, AV, transportation, and setup/teardown either on your own or in partnership with our third party event management company.
- Partner with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of invitations, presentations, signage, and branded collateral.
- Help manage on-site operations, including setup, troubleshooting, and post-event wrap-up.
- Own post-event analytics, including survey feedback, and budget reconciliation.
- Own and manage event budgets.
- Maintain and expand vendor relationships, including a centralized database of preferred venues and suppliers.
- Anticipate needs, proactively resolve challenges, and ensure frictionless execution.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 6–8+ years of experience in marketing operations, large corporate event manage
