SMWDC Training Program Metrics and Analysis Specialist

Sigma Defense is seeking a former Surface Warfare Officer for a position on our Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) Team located in San Diego, CA as a Training Program Metrics and Analysis Specialist.

We need the rare skill sets you have developed throughout your Naval Career to support the surface, air, and mine warfare mission areas, enhancing warfighting readiness, and increasing the lethality and tactical proficiency of the Surface Force. You will support SMWDC Headquarters in capability assessments across all SMWDC-owned mission area capabilities. In this position you will make direct contributions to the enhancement of warfare training by managing the Warfare Training Instructor (WTI) database system. You will develop, process, and update documents that support academic courses of instruction throughout SMWDC.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recent Navy SharePoint and Collaboration At Sea (CAS) experience
• At least 10 years as a qualified Surface Warfare Officer
• Experience and familiarity with Surface Force Training Continuum to include Basic Phase, Advanced Phase and Integrated Phase Training

Personnel Clearance Level:

• Candidate must possess an active, DoD-issued Secret security clearance.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an unspecified field of study from an accredited college or university.

Software/Programs Experience:

• Recent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access (database management and entry)

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 annually.
