Coordinator, Facilities

 

 

Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global’s modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.

We are looking to welcome a Facilities Coordinator to our Office Facilities team in Houston TX.  This person will work Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm.

Responsibilities:

• Moving boxes, furniture, or equipment between multiple floors on a regular basis.
• Assists in workstation moves.
• Cleans and maintains all coffee machines and ensure they are in proper working order and available for use.
• Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional work environment.
• Restocks supplies daily.
• Monitors group mailbox for work order request.
• Retains Certification as a City of Houston Fire Warden and participates in the company’s fire safety/emergency evacuation planning.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience desired
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Demonstrates attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 for Mac
• Customer service attitude
• High school degree

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled, office environment.
• Ability to stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Vision must be good or corrected to normal to perform normal job duties.
• Hearing must be good or corrected to have the ability to understand information to perform job duties.
