About This Role

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Partnerships Intern to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience at a high-growth start-up while playing a key role in the expansion of Barkbus’ community and brand partnerships. You’ll support the development of critical infrastructure for our partnerships team, onboard new community partners, and help shape the future of our partnerships pipeline.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding process for new community and brand partners

• Assist in building scalable infrastructure for managing and tracking partnerships

• Take detailed notes and document action items from partnerships meetings
  Work closely with cross-functional teams to support various partnerships-related projects

• Help organize and maintain a partnerships CRM and documentation system

• Research potential partners and compile reports to inform outreach strategies

• Support internal communication and follow-up tasks related to partner activations

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in Google Sheets (bonus points for experience with other tools like Asana, Notion, or CRM platforms)

• A proactive problem-solver who is eager to learn and take initiative

• Passionate about startups, pet wellness, and building community connections

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment

• Must be both a people and dog lover!
  

Compensation & Benefits

• This is a full-time internship position, requiring approximately 40 hours per week. The role is paid at a rate of $20 per hour.
