As a Senior Solution Architect within PNC's HR Information Systems organization, you will be based in Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; OR Birmingham, AL.

This role serves as the subject matter expert for the Workday Talent Management and Performance Enablement modules and is responsible for ensuring proper configuration and execution within Workday to support the organization’s strategic priorities and business objectives. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to enhance existing configuration and processes, as well as implement new functionality. The Senior Solution Architect is also responsible for providing guidance to other team members related to their area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as SME for Workday Talent Management and Performance Management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop roadmaps and prioritize work efforts within area of support.
Coordinate work efforts with stakeholders and assigned resources.
Identify new functionality and enhancements that will help support the priorities and objectives of stakeholders and the organization overall.
Remain current on Workday updates, including new features and changes to existing functionality.
Lead delivery on complex system solutions.
Train and mentor fellow HRIS team members.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience configuring and supporting Workday Talent Management and Performance Enablement is required.
At least 2 years of experience in Adaptative Planning, Extend, and Prism is preferred.

Job Description

  • Analyzes, designs and implements the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) platform, which may include system administration/support, improving the efficiency of data collection and acting as a subject-matter expert for applicable systems/processes.
  • Coach and mentor other analysts/associates.
  • Consults on the evaluation, analysis and design of HRIS for the organization and oversees complex activities and projects.
  • May lead review of data input, output and reports to ensure the accuracy of data in the HRIS.
  • Recommends solutions for improving the efficiency of data collection and reporting procedures.
  • Provides end user support and coordinates with other human resources functions to ensure that the HRIS is adequately and efficiently supporting the organization's human resources practices; Leads process improvements where relevant.
  • Recommends and implements more complex systems and technology solutions.
