And we look forward to being even better with your help!</p> <p>Our department Shop focuses entirely on the technical development of the BAUHAUS online shop using the latest technologies (Cloud, serverless and event-driven). Our goal is to create a convenient and easy shopping experience for our customers.</p> <h3>Your role:</h3> <ul> <li>As (Senior) Web Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) you are the central point of contact for all questions and decisions regarding app/web tracking requirements</li> <li>You work on the conception of a tracking (infrastructure, metrics, dimensions, etc.) for web as well as app</li> <li>You are responsible for testing, monitoring, and alerting tracking requirements among all product teams and involved marketing channels</li> <li>You create tracking guidelines and translation of business requirements into technical tickets</li> <li>You optimize and challenge the existing tracking infrastructure continuously</li> </ul> <h3>Your profile:</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web/data or marketing analysis, ideally in big data</li> <li>Expert knowledge of common web analytics programming languages, interfaces &amp; tools (Adobe Experience Platform, Google Analytics, Tag Management, Firebase, JS, SQL, etc.)</li> <li>Knowledge of technical tracking tag implementation, either through tag management tools or directly through JavaScript (e.g. dataLayer)</li> <li>Excellent analytical and numerical understanding</li> <li>Outstanding communication skills to explain and clarify complex analyses to a variety of non-specialist stakeholders</li> <li>Fluent English language skills, German is a plus </li> </ul> <h3>Our offer:</h3> <ul> <li>A challenging role in a family owned business with an agile working environment, state-of-the-art technologies as well as personal and professional development opportunities</li> <li>Permanent employment contract and attractive remuneration</li> <li>A good work-life balance, the possibility of working remotely and 30 days paid vacation</li> <li>Attractive location in the heart of the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region with free parking and a company restaurant</li> <li>Unique pension plan with attractive employer contributions</li> <li>Further additional benefits including asset accumulation benefits or special conditions for occupational disability insurance</li> <li>A day care center in close proximity to the company with family-friendly care services</li> <li>Shopping discounts through the BAUHAUS employee card</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h1>Welcome to #TeamBAUHAUS.</h1> <p>Click here for your online application!</p> <p>BAUHAUS is looking forward to receiving your application.</p>
