SUMMARY
Monitor activities concerned with receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, in warehouse or yard by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide visibility to managers of the inbounds and outbounds on the schedule to get labor required to meet OTIF and business needs. It includes visibility of the transfers to offsites.
- Facilitate communication with drivers checking in, as well as generate documentations such as but not limited to BOLs and Packing lists, related to the shipments, and tracking forms (i.e. Check in form, drop trailers, dock assignment, others)
- Lead, facilitate and maintain strong channels of communication with customer service, scheduling, production and purchasing and facilitate any necessary follow-up to ensure smooth movement of goods, including inbounds, outbounds and transfers to external warehousing, as well as reply status requested by customers (internal and external) in timely manner.
- Monitors the unloading of all materials, execute receipts in the system in a timely manner. ensures materials are staged for counting and inspections ensuring accurately material received. Assist with discrepancies with accounting regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
- Perform random audits to outbound shipments.
- Participate and/or facilitate inventory reconciliation.
- Develop and utilize reports to analyze warehouse data and assist in resolving irregularities. This includes the ability and responsibility of input and management of data in the ERP/LN systems and being proficient in written communication and reports using Microsoft Office.
- Support trainings to the team when needed
- Schedule/coordinates all outgoing shipments, including any necessary routing changes, to meet customer requirements in a cost-effective manner. This handles LTL and small parcel shipment requests.
- Support Manager and Leads with the layout of warehouse, and other storage areas, considering product movement, size, weight and related factors of items stored.
- Responsible for checking in daily parts, small parcels, and LTL deliveries and ensures they’re delivered to the respective department.
- Maintains a strong line of communication with eTMS, carriers (final deliveries and shuttles) and logistics department support to ensure expected service level and OTIF goals.
- Support activities assigned by Warehouse manager and site manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Must consistently meet Warehouse employee metrics (Avg. Score of 97%)
- Back-Up position in the Warehouse is preferred but not required
- Experience in Warehouse environment.
- Advance skills in excel.
- Bilingual (preferable but not required)
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read & interpret documents such as safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to provide complete reports. Ability to understand & follow verbal instructions. Read, analyze, interpret, & train technical procedures & Warehouse terminology. Ability to effectively train one-on-one & in small group situations to other employees of the organization. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees. Ability to effectively present information & respond to questions from supervisors & groups of managers, coworkers and internal customers. Strong ability to communicate appropriately status, issues and possible solutions.
MATHMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply concepts
