Provides leadership and supervision required to coordinate and execute the daily functions and activities of the department, assists in developing and maintaining departmental objectives and quality standards. Is directly responsible for fire and life safety programs on the campus and initiating department response to emergency events.

Required Qualifications:

• Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position.
• 5 years Maintenance experience, preferably in a health care setting.
• Experienced in use of computers and software applications including databases, spreadsheets and maintenance management programs.
