We’re seeking a Czech and English speaking Head of Finance to oversee all financial operations, provide business partnering to our Sales and Delivery teams, inspire and develop a group of talented managers, and shape the future of our organization.</p><p></p><p>This role involves managing financial planning, reporting, risk management and ensuring the organization's financial health and compliance with relevant regulations.<br/><br/>You will be responsible for providing leadership and consulting support to senior <span>leadership/management</span> on matters pertaining to financial management and strategic implementation in support of achieving corporate objectives and business growth.<br/><br/>You will also provide overall leadership and management of the finance team, foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving operational excellence, in the areas of Controlling, Accounting and Taxes, Admin and Facilities, Logistics and Procurement and Contract Management.</p><p></p><h2><b>Key responsibilities:</b></h2><ul><li><p>Ensures the execution of the organization's <b>financial strategy </b>in alignment with its overall business goals.</p></li><li><p>Oversees the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely <b>financial reports</b> to senior leadership team and board of directors.</p></li><li><p>Conducts in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into organization's<b> financial performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.</b></p></li><li><p>Uses data-driven analysis to make <b>strategic financial decisions.</b></p></li><li><p>Identifies, assesses, and mitigates <b>financial risks</b> that could impact business profitability or financial stability.</p></li><li><p>Implements<b> risk management strategies</b> to safeguard assets and investments.</p></li><li><p>Ensures the organization complies with all financial <b>regulations</b>, accounting <b>standards</b>, and tax <b>laws </b>in the regions where it operates.</p></li><li><p>Maintains strong relationships with <b>regulatory authorities and auditors,</b> where applicable.</p></li><li><p>Manages the allocation of financial resources, including capital investments, debt financing, and dividend policies.</p></li><li><p>Establishes and maintains robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to prevent fraud, errors, and financial mismanagement.</p></li><li><p>May assist with evaluation potential <b>mergers</b>, <b>acquisitions</b>, or <b>divestitures</b> from a financial perspective.
