Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Housekeeping to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in all areas of the hotel
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high-performance levels
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
• Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and effectively
• Stay updated on industry best practices and implement improvements as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within the luxury hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
