WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As our Sports Marketing NFL Operations team, the NFL Team Rep will work directly with half of the NFL’s teams, overseeing our relationship and service of the individual uniform and apparel needs of those clubs. You will work closely with both internal and external partners as a functional expert on all things Nike and the NFL. You will need to possess a strong understanding of Nike product and a proven ability to build relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will work regularly with our internal apparel and uniform teams, both learning the nuances of our product as well as providing feedback from the voice of the athlete to inspire future innovation. As a product expert, you will be relied upon to help educate external partners to best outfit NFL athletes and coaches.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Externally, you will travel to half of the NFL’s clubs representing Nike and providing best in class service. You will serve as the everyday contact for NFL equipment managers, coaches, and staff. You will need to develop authentic, genuine relationships to help bring our Nike Football offense to life on the NFL field.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sports Marketing or related experience preferred
• 4+ years combined marketing, advertising, sports marketing, retail, sales or product experience with a high profile, global brand organization
• 4+ years experience working alongside either apparel engines as well as College or Pro Equipment Managers & League officials
• Ability to represent NIKE in high level external meetings
• Extensive NIKE knowledge strongly preferred
• Proven ability to develop and drive operational excellence throughout the promo sports marketing process, identifying and adopting standard methodologies to optimize performance
• Ability to direct the resolution of business problems and challenges
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
